I’m Suhit Anantula, a strategy designer and executive leader with over two decades of experience transforming Australia’s government, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
From winning the Good Design Award (Gold) to leading South Australia’s first Mission-driven economic strategy, I’ve facilitated innovation and collaboration for executives at RSB, Boeing, Westpac, Dept. of Premier & Cabinet and beyond. My work tackles complex challenges—working with boards, agencies, and leaders to drive transformation through facilitation, business model innovation, and strategic planning.
Today, I apply this expertise to help SMEs, NDIS providers, aged care leaders, and fast-growing firms in Australia solve rising costs, compliance pressures, workforce burnout, and outdated systems—building sustainable strategies with AI as an option where it fits.

We used Ai to create an instant quote generator, decreased employee time and increased sales cycle time.
Save Staff Time and Increase Compliance
We used Ai to create an internal chatbot that understands policies and procedures for NDIS and decrease staff time and increase compliance.
